We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by Blackpool Council or any other local authority or any of their waste-management departments, household waste recycling centres (HWRCs), transfer stations or landfill sites.References to council waste facilities are used solely for identification purposes — to indicate where waste can lawfully be disposed of across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.

2. How we use council facility names

We list council facility names, addresses and public contact numbers so customers can verify drop-off options. This is permitted under the principle of nominative fair use — using a name only as far as necessary to identify the facility, without implying any endorsement or affiliation.

3. No council warranty implied

Facility hours, fees and accepted-waste categories are subject to change by the council at any time. We make a good-faith effort to keep the listed information current, but always confirm directly with the facility before driving there. We make no warranty as to council pricing, opening hours, or whether a specific facility will accept your waste type.

4. We are not a council contractor

Blackpool Rubbish Removal is not a contracted refuse collection service of any council. We operate as a private, paid-for-service operator and route work to vetted independent rubbish-removal contractors within our pay-per-lead network. All contractors should hold a valid waste carrier registration.

5. Lawful disposal commitment

All waste collected through our service is tipped at authorised facilities, never at unauthorised or illegal (fly-tipping) locations. We retain disposal records on request.

6. Imagery

Photographs on the site are a mix of authentic on-site photos and AI-generated illustrative imagery. AI-generated images are intended to be representative of typical rubbish-removal scenes and are not depictions of specific council facilities, staff or branded vehicles.
